در این مقاله قصد داریم برای شما مراحل ساخت ویلا در شمال را بیان کنیم. اما پیش از آن دانستن چند نکته ضروری است:

ساخت ویلا از شهرداری آغاز می‌شود

نقشه‌برداری تا پی‌ریزی 
گام بعدی تهیه نقشه ویلاست. مهندس ناظر مطابق سلیقه و خواست شما نقشه ویلا را طراحی میکند. حال شما باید تصمیم بگیرید که ویلای دوبلکس میخواهید یا نه؟ چند خوابه باشد؟ تراس داشته باشد یا نه؟ و خیلی موارد دیگر که با تحقیق و دیدن ویلاهای مختلف می توانید نتیجه بهتری بگیرید. نقشه که تایید شد. مهندس طراح برآورد هزینه میکنه، جای ستون ها، جانمایی اتاق ها و ... رو انجام میده و در نهایت با پی ریزی عملیات ساخت ویلا به مرحله اجرا میرسه.

ویلا با سایر ساختمان‌ها تفاوت چندانی در ساخت ندارد
به طور کلی ساخت یک ویلا یا ساخت یک خانه در شهر تفاوت زیادی ندارند و شاید مهم ترین تفاوت آنها در نوع سقف یا طراحی هنری ویلا باشد. البته اکثر موارد به رطوبت هوا بستگی دارند حتی ممکن است به خاطر درصد بالای شرجی بودن هوا برخی مصالح به کار رفته در ساخت هم خاص و ویژه باشند. به جز این موارد باید آهن بریزید و اسکلت را بنا کنید. سقف بزنید و دیوار بکشید. بعد هم تاسیسات و نازک کاری های لازم رو انجام بدید. 

در تمام مراحل هزینه‌ها را فراموش نکنید
از روزی که تصمیم به ساخت ویلا در شمال می گیرید تا پایان کار، همیشه هزینه ها را در نظر داشته باشید. هزینه ساخت ویلا در شمال از متری 1 میلیون تومان با بالا است. نوع طراحی، مصالحی که به کار می گیرید، میزان تورم موجود، همه در هزینه تمام شده ویلای شما موثر است. بهترین کار این است که همان ابتدا یک برآورد هزینه انجام دهید و با هر تغییری که در برنامه های شما ایجاد شد، هزینه ها را هم بروز کنید. 

ساخت ویلا بهتر است یا خرید ویلا؟

When it came to actually making that happen though, I was overwhelmed by the amount of work required to support the many, many Android tablets out there. And after a tiny storm of controversy over Apple’s initial rejection of the app over so-called poographic content — the award-winning dystopian document thriller Papers, Please is now available for iOS (Compatible with iPad).

Papers, Please is one of the most cerebral games I’ve ever played, and so I’m glad it came to the iPad. Apple initially rejected the app because of some very artful (and not erotic at all) nudity in the game, which is a testament to Apple’s frustrating double standard when it comes to letting adult content into the iTunes Store, but not the App Store. That said, the original Mac version of Papers, Please allowed users to choose to censor out the nudity as well, and it feels that developer Lucas Pope himself doesn’t think much was lost in the compromise.

Lucas Pope clarifies after “confusing” announcement from Sony.

Among the (many) titles shown, one of the more surprising announcements was Papers, Please, the wonderful bureaucratic puzzler that launched a year ago on PC. The way the announcement was delivered, and with Sony focused almost 100% on PS4 at the time, and with hardly any reference to the handheld, led many to think that Papers, Please was being adapted for PS4.

But this is not the case. The game’s creator, Lucas Pope, clarified as much on Twitter, saying that Papers, Please is for PS Vita (no specific date yet), and that “Sony’s announcement was a little confusing”.

And why was the announcement surprising? Because Pope himself made it clear some months ago that he wanted to take a break from his first indie hit, and that the game would be ported to iPad before any console.

It could be that this PS Vita version (to be honest, a much more natural fit than PS4 thanks to the handheld’s touch screen) is being developed by another team, and it could even come alongside the iPad version (no news on that one), as Pope focuses on his new project, Retu of the Obra Dinn.

The developer himself stated that he’s sick to death of Papers Please and has no interest in doing anything with the game other than he might go back to the setting of the game to a whole new game. He has officially abandoned it and he’s no longer responding to the community for the game. From the looks of it, he’s completely done with anything regarding Papers Please.”
